The international projects of cooperation are important part of our school development. We think it is an opportunity to cooperate and share good practices, meeting other cultures and habits of European countries, it is also a source of teaching inspiration. Moreover, this project is closely connected to the situation of 2020 Covid 19 pandemic that affected our lives, as it closed us in our homes in front of the compures. The project focuses on school climate, well-being and digital competences and so we want to cooperate with the partners/ hosting schools to find new ways of balance. The project is also an opportunity to present our work to the public and local institutions (local elementary schools, institutions and organizations, non profit companies, small companies and producers). Finally, one of the main priorities is to go on with the international relations, to raise European awareness to enrich our existing knowledge and skills and to have an opportunity to use it in our work.
The realization of this project enables us to strengthen the pupils´ and teachers´ language skills, development of good school climate focused on wellbeing as a complex educational and working environment. Furthermore, self development, self-knowledge, meeting and respecting differences and vocational development. The project supports our attempt to find the balance of using the digital technologies (broad usage of technologies, common digital platforms, licences or applications with regard to an effective cooperation, education, pupils´ and teachers´ self development, school development) and real school life with authentic enjoyment, common experiences and shared values.
We will implement activities on national and international level. We are going to organize group mobilities of school pupils, short-term learning mobilities of pupils, job shadowing at hosting organizations and we will attend courses and training focused on innovative teaching methods and modern school management that are significant for successful school of the 21st century. On our school´s turf we are going to work on sources and materials for the mobilities ( eg. check lists - suggested observations), to do and evaluate the evaluation forms, language skills and tests (before and after the project mobilities and activities), to organize methodological seminars and workshops for other collegues (learning teachers´ group) and demonstration lessons. Finally, we are going to have assessment meetings and dialogues to suggest implementation of the project results into the school´s curriculum and school development plans
The main results of the project are realization of our starting point (where we are, what is the school´s atmosphere, what are the shared values) in contrast to the hosting organizations and to suggest concrete changes of our school curriculum or other school development plans. Development of language or general communication skills of all project participants is a surely measurable result. Moreover, we can compare using digital technologies and innovative teaching methods with the hosting organizations - as a result we will implement these foreign experiences into our school curriculum. All project team and methodological meetings will strenghten the participants, teachers development, soft skills development, cooperation and sharing good practices and all in all, better working climate not only for the teachers, but pupils too. The dissemination activities will go to spreading the principals and philosophy of Erasmus+ programme and strenghtening of our school´s name.
